Vibration Training

Vibration training uses the body’s natural functions to stimulate blood flow.  This encourages fat burning, helps the kidneys eliminate toxins and increases metabolic activity just to name a few benefits.

Custom training programs

We have over 30 programs such as;

  • Fat burner – stimulates the involuntary autonomic responses to burn fat.
  • Bums and Tums Extreme – A dynamic high impact workout for abdominal tone. Starts with leg movement moving onto repetitions of abdominal sit ups and butt trusting movements to tone the abdominals area.
  • Leg Toner – Commencing with a massage to increase blood circulation, the Leg toner quickly goes into strong leg movements on the vibrating platform to elongate the muscles and reduce mass for those who like a slender looking leg.
  • Super Slim – A challenging 35 Hz program with elongated muscle postures to lengthen the muscles and reduce thigh and waist size.
  • Tonic Reflex- Pushing the range of frequency (Hz) between high and low to activate the motor-neurone response which builds serotonin levels. Wider long and short durations in time is used with varying movements that create vitality for greater power and endurance.
  • Super Stretch – designed for increasing flexibility and power. The vibrating plate with simple stretches feeds blood into the tendons, ligaments & cartilages.
  • Sweat Burn – This high Hz (40 plus) and heavy weight work-out increases tone and stimulates your body to burn fat. This program has a cardio component of 15-30 minutes.
  • Quantum leap – High reflex action to inner muscles of this one create a slimmer body result, using dynamic body movements and weights for fast smooth muscle tone.
  • Liquid Legs – Using low frequency techniques (20 Hz’s) with a massage style exercise program to firm up fluid retentive legs.
  • G-String – A leg and butt program designed to reduce muscle mass and size for a sleek look. This program is suitable for people who have already developed core fitness. It’s dynamic and lengthens the muscle.
  • Atoned triceps – Activating the triceps using a specific regime of exercises to stimulate muscle tone at the back of the arm.
