Thanks for your diet it is so simple and easy to follow. Boy this is truly going to test my ability to say no. Big events coming up and the silly season is just around the corner. Good time to start preparing for the battle to say NO. This must be my third week now and already I am feeling the benefits. The biggest change is the inflammation on my right knee has disappeared. I feel more energy and Im enjoying the azuki beens and the brown rice. The water gets a little boring though so I'm gonna add Dr Oz's weighterade...a fat eating drink of Green tea with loads of mint leaves and 3 slices of tangerines. Thought I might run this by you first. Thanks for letting me modify your workouts, It's a little cheeky of me I know, but, part of my journey is taking the best from the best and enjoy every exercise. Some people who have inspired me along the way are, Michelle Obama arm workout and daily routine, she starts her day at 4am. Billy Blanks for boxing technique and definition, Bill Phillips 20 minute aerobic workout, Dr Oz my dietician or fat food guru are among a few and now vibration training. In my past I have had two personal trainers both causing permanent damage to different parts of my body. So Im just careful. OK, hei apopo - tomorrow then. liz.
