Gym sessions allow 30-45 min
A typical session starts with a 15-30 minute cardio workout followed by a 15 minute program on a vibration machine followed by a 5-10 minute abdominal workout.
Workout time is about 30-45 minutes depending on whether you add on a cellulite massage and/or stretch at the end of your workout.
